Maybe I’m the only one who’s surprised, but I really had a ton of fun making gifts for teachers and wanted to share some of my craftiness.
All photos were taken with my phone so they are not as detailed or sharp as my regular photos, but hopefully you’ll still enjoy them and be able to see enough to make it fun!
I thought these snowman cookie images would be great to accompany my real life cookies. I did them as a print and cut with my Silhouette Cameo. This is a picture of the whole sheet of them all cut out and ready to be removed. The file is a new one from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. I got my snowman in the Silhouette store (design ID 71346), but you can get a whole plate of cookies and sentiments in SVG format, as well as PNG, DXF and JPG, in the sweet Christmas Cookies Cutting Files set in the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons store.
And here’s some real cookies ready for the oven – they looked a whole lot more like trees before cooking, LOL!
Now, I had designed the whole tag as print and cut, but decided that with 32 tags, I really should try and use my stash for the paper. Basic Grey’s Dasher papers had a nice snowy look. Here’s the whole package with nice, thick and fun baker’s twine, my cute snowman and my wrapped up small plate of cookies:
I’m entering my tags into the following challenges:
the Stuck on U Sketches Die Cut Challenge: Anything Christmas
the Simon Says Stamp Winter Inspiration
the Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes
ETA : linking this project up for the Paper Issues “Say it isn’t Snow cold outside” challenge.
And don’t forget that you should submit your Christmas themed projects that use Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons files for the current challenge. You can find out all the information here.
So that wraps my post up for today!
Thanks for visiting! I need to get started on a couple more birthday cards and addressing some Christmas cards!
